GP Energy is part of the global revolution to achieve green energy production from renewable energy sources. It aspires for providing energy solutions in Eco-friendly, cost effective way.

GP Energy entered into the field of renewable energy through its family organization by way of introducing Biomass Gasification Plant in 1987. It was based on static bed updraft gasification technology.

Few of the achievements are highlighted below :-

• First in India, designed, manufactured and commissioned industrial sized Rice Husk Gasification Plant for generation of combined Heat and Power in a rice mill in 1991.
• Successfully established 8 projects in the remote hilly terrains in the North Eastern India for decentralized village electrification in 2009-11.
• Successfully introduced innovative use of Syngas for industrial uses, like firing of tunnel kiln, conversion of oil fired boilers and thermic fluid heaters, melting of aluminium, baking of sensitive food products etc. to replace costly and dirty fossil fuels.
• First in India, successfully installed commercial sized Bamboo Gasification Plant in 2016.
• Successfully implemented 100 + projects in India and abroad.
• At present actively involved with Reliance Industries Ltd. for setting up of a demonstration plant for decentralised production of Hydrogen from Biomass.
